We bought this so we could tidy up our utility room. In despair at the paper instructions, I resorted to youtube and all became clear. Once we had done one bay the others were a piece of cake. And no, we are not 'two competent people' they say are needed to put this stuff together. We are two non-practical pensioners who were fully expecting to have to get some-one in to help us. And we did it all on our own (thanks to you tube).
Great value for money. Easy to assemble. Fast delivery but we missed them first time as we popped out. Would recommend this product to anyone who needs good shelf space. What a difference these have made to our cellar.
Robust shelving that are relatively easy to assemble.
Perfect for what I needed and pretty straightforward to put together - once you stop trying to follow the instructions and use your initiative. The instructions themselves were pretty useless, but it's actually a pretty straightforward job to work out how to do it. The shelves I bought were on special offer, so extra good value!
delivered on time and is good value for money easy assembled and if you don't have one I suggest you purchase the rubber mallet
Everything fitted together ok. The only problem we had was that the first pack we opened didn't have the more detailed instructions. We found those in later packs.
We had one length a bit bent out of shape but we managed to bend it back without any problems.

Easy to order. Easy to assemble. Quite basic, but just what was needed for the garage. Did not request "next day" delivery, but ordered on Friday pm and arrived on Monay am (effectively next working day). Delivery tracking by email was very good and accurate.
Was really delighted with storage racks...
The only problem was that 3 boards were cracked and damaged ....i still managed to use them ....some would have returned them
...overall i am very happy with them and i shall be ordering more in the coming weeks
Product reasonable but a little delicate. suited my purpose.
I've used Big Dug shelving before, so knew what to expect. Sometimes assembly can be a little tricky, but these were good value and did the job nicely!

Good quality, easy to assemble but two shelves damaged in transit. Poorly packaged. Customer services promptly sent replacements.
Some parts quite badly bent (in storage/transport, I suspect) and needed to be straightened before assembly was possible. Edges of several shelves also damaged. Unit flimsy until fixed to wall, but then fine. Reasonable value considering price was very low.
We bought some of the larger shelving bays six years ago and they have done the job well. Over all we are pleased with this smaller unit, although we did order it in blue to match the rest and received the grey and the top shelf doesn't fit very well. That could be my assembly!
Looks good and is sturdy once completed.Make sure you screw to wall to avoid risk of tipping. Was just about to buy when there was a price drop so even happier !
