About This Product

Our Boltless Office Shelving has a clean light grey or white finish. Our modular build system allows multiple numbers of extension bays to be added and each bay is supplied with 6 shelves, 4 of which are fully adjustable shelves. Our contemporary office shelving system is straight forward to build, beams and shelves lock into frames for fast assembly.

The steel office storage is designed for both traditional and modern office environments. The adjustable shelving is suitable for normal working use for document storage and longer-term archive storage.

Delivery at fault

The product supplied by Big Dug is excellent but the shippers leave a lot to be desired. I waited in all day on the advised day of delivery, cancelling appointments to do so and then at about 5.00 pm I received an email saying the driver had run out of time and it would be delivered the next day.
I could not afford to cancel more appointments and so after negotiation on the phone they agreed to deliver before 10.00 am. which they did.When the product arrived, one parcel was missing. Two of the items were damaged and there was an extra parcel not related to my order but which should have been delivered elsewhere. It took several days to put this right and I was promised a refund of the total carriage charge which never materialised. Big Doug did refund the element I paid for next day delivery, they replaced the damaged elements and sent the parts that were missing.

Misleading price

Not happy with the service. Make sure to speak to someone before buying as price is very misleading. When order delivered, we start assembling and found out the middle panel is missing. We were stuck as we already unpacked and throw boxes away. Rang costumer service but been told that we didn't order the middle panel? As far as we understood, we ordered two sets online. Now had to pay the extra for middle panel. Unbelievable...
