Good product, delivered promptly and assembled easily. As per instructions, really needs two people.

I would suggest BigDug should offer MDF Sealant as an accessory as any untreated chipboard is likely to become mouldy

Great product and a simple order/delivery. However… this product is for 3 shelving units together. The pictures clearly show tie plates to secure the shelving together.

The tie plates are not included. When placing the order, additional accessories are recommended such as wall brackets, mallet etc. tie plates are not offered. Further leading to the impression they’re already included.

On contacting customer services, was simply told the plates aren’t included in the deal. No acceptance that their advertising is ambiguous.

So had to order £3 worth of tie plates separately, and pay £6 shipping!

Very poor response.
