THE ‘ULTIMUTT’ AWARD:
CELEBRITY POOCHES SHORTLISTED FOR NATIONAL ‘DUG’ DAY
What do singer Lewis Capaldi, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Olivia Attwood all have in common?
Well, their beloved pups are in the running to be named Celebrity Dog of the Year. Yes, that’s right…
To celebrate National Dog Day – or National ‘Dug’ Day to some (particularly the Scottish) – on 26th August, home and business solutions specialist BiGDUG, is honouring celebrity pooches across the UK to crown the Celebrity Dog of the Year – how paw-some!
In the running are ITV’s Lorraine Kelly and her Border Terrier Angus, Actor Tom Hardy’s pooch Blue, and TV presenter David Walliams with his Border Terriers Bert and Ernie, Olivia Attwood with her rescue dog Lola, as well as pooches owned by Marvin Humes, Pete Wicks, Charlotte Crosby, and Kate Ferdinand.
